REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN POLICY

To return an item for a refund:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and must have all tags attached.

  • Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within the 30-day period.

  • A process and handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund if purchased online.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are non refundable and non transferable. Any item purchased with a gift card that meets the return policy guidelines and is returned successfully will have refund issued in form of store credit. There will be no cash or credit refunds.

  • All sale items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds will be granted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted for new sizes in the same item only. We do not accept exchange requests for a new size in a different item. If a new size is available customer will need to return the item that does not fit (return policy applies) and we will cover the cost of shipping for the new item. Please note that sale items are final sale and are ineligible for an exchange or return.

 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must provide Mental Joe with tracking information. Any packages that do not have tracking information and do not show up to our fulfillment center are not our responsibility. We will not be responsible for any fees associated with the package. Please mail all returns / exchanges to the following address once you receive an email stating your refund or exchange has been approved. Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs related to the return of your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We require you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
